The Rules or lack thereof:
1. Size IS NOT A REQUIREMENT ANYMORE! You can create...wallpapers, signatures, avatars, animations, ANY size!
2. Picture selection is up to you but you have to make sure to stick to the theme...
One-Timers. This theme idea entitles those characters who appeared once. I realize that actors were used for more then one character which is fine, just look at the character who that actor played. This one should be interesting.
A LOOK AHEAD:
Great idea from Charis to do EMOTIONS! They may start as soon as next month! Be thinking!
3. Most importantly, HAVE FUN WITH THIS!

To me, Brandon, via e-mail. Last time i found that e-mail worked better for me because i can save them right in my e-mail and then get them over to photobucket faster so please, if you will, e-mail me them to me including your username here at XOC! Thanks so much!
