I moved the images and other customization things over to my bsg website, as that seems to be working.
I'll work with my hosting company to figure out what is going with the xwponline.net website.
I do know this: someone was stealing my bandwdith and that caused the initial problem. Some of it was the board, but there is an IP which I tracked down to a website in Italy that was stealing my bandwidth.
