Im doing a presentation and need a bit of information, just to see whether there are any existing laws, ones in the pipeline or ones which have been rejected.
Has anyone heard of any?

What kind of behaviour are you researching?
I.e. i did a quick search in google for "internet laws" and came up with: http://www.efa.org.au/Issues/Censor/cens1.html Stuff like that, which go in to censorship laws and ISP filtering processes... There are cybercrime laws in Australia as detailed here: http://www.efa.org.au/Issues/Privacy/cybercrimeact.html Which would be a "law dictating behaviour"....is this the type of thing you were after?

It's not Internet persay, but it definitely deals with occurrences on the net and the technology linked to it. Have a look at;
[noun] gradual improvement or growth or development;
"advancement of knowledge";
