Easy one: A Day in the Life. One of my favorite episodes and one I can rewatch many times. Fantastic humor, great change of pace, evidence the show wasn't
afraid to step outside of their norm and present their lead characters as less than ideal in a fun way. The scene with Gabrielle busting Xena for using her
scroll to...well you know, is one of my all-time favorites. It's fun to see them sniping at each other in their day to day life. Makes them seem more real
to me. People who live together invariably get on each others nerves from time to time and that's very well done here.
As a bonus, I also love the DVD commentary with LL, ROC and Rob Tapert. They obviously enjoy the episode very much.

Gabrielle's speech at the end is just pure brilliance! I love everything about this episode.
Such a great story. But I must admit that ADITL came in very close second place.
