Aside from the obvious issues that there may be with this ship, it seems to me to be one that if far too appealing to be put off by that.

Judging by your take on Athena's relationship with Illainus, you may already be of the viewpoint that Athena was more inclined this way anyway. After establishing that, watching Motherhood and discussing her brief interactions with Artemis, this ship has become quite an interesting guilty-pleasure.

I think one of the most appealing aspects is that it's so unexplored and leaves work on the viewers part, and is also a bit of fun.

So, without further ado, I believe some standard 'ship basics need to be covered!
