I have never been to a convention and would love to go but am not sure I'll ever able to afford
it
Is just that I'm so far away, I may never had the money to go. But I keep my hopes up!

Went to my first convention this year and had an absolute blast I am also going to attend the big 15th anniversary one next year. It is an amazing experiance and I was nervous as all get out at first because I have never been that far away from home by myself but I wouldn't have traded it for anything and everyone I met was just awesome. I recommend every fan going at least once because it is just a blast. Love and Peace Phoebe

I want to go so much, but as a student I sure as hell don't have the cash to be able to afford it. Not only that, but the time frame doesn't work as
I'm in the middle of the first month of the winter semester. Just doesn't work out. One of these days I suppose....really wish I could go though.

I have never been been to a convention and I would love to go but I´m not sure I´ll ever be able to afford it, because they are often so far away (USA for
example), so it´s not easy to go there.
 And it´s very expensive too. But I won´t give up hope!

I always thought that my first convention would have been for the X-Files but low and behold it's gonna be Xena.
Not that that's a bad thing... just unexpected.... and very exciting...

I went to the conventions every year from 1997 through 2002. I went to ALL the conventions in 1997 (yeah, I traveled a lot) and most of the 1998 venues. But I
pretty much stopped after 2002 -- the show had been over a while and most of my convention friends were no longer planning to attend. I've attended only a
couple since 2002 but actually did a props and costumes presentation at the 2008 Burbank convention.

Wow, I'm glad they didn't stop the conventions after the show stopped...since I didn't discover Xena until 2007!
I loved my first convention in 2007 and I hope to be there next year!

About the only thing that happens at Xena conventions, other than the rare "theft," is people get drunk and will have the misfortune (or fortune,
depending on how you look at it) of accidently or accidently on purpose sleeping with someone they know, or hardly know.
