I think she does feel, however does not have the ability to recognize or differentiate between emotions. I think because she has such a strong rage within her, it dominates her emotions most of the time and she cannot recognise what is anger, sadeness, bitterness, jelousy and hate. These are all emotions that can easily dominate ones personality, and I don't think Callisto got to feel much of love, comfort, safety, trust and happiness. When she reffers to feeling something sometimes, I believe she is reffering to the times where she recognizes a change in her emotions - even though they're mainly negative emotions she still sometimes can sense the difference between such things as vengfullness and sadeness or remorse. One is driven by hate and the other is dominated by grief - two important aspects to her personality. I wouldn't say she got to experience anything other than that since she was a child - she was always either depressed or full of rage and because both are such draining emotions - she never feels the change/
