Just do the same thing for the userbar. Put in the URL of the userbar and put it into Add From URL under the Image button at the top toolbar of the signature box. Then put your curser between the keeper image and the text and do Shift > Return. That should place it right below the keeper without any gap. Btw, you have two red X's below your userbar. Are those supposed to be images? Or should they be removed?
