How do I take the eyes of one picture and add them to a different picture.... and keep their color? and make them smaller since the eyes I want to use are much
larger then the space I have to work with

I'm not very advance, so forgive me if I stuff this up...
From what I understand you press W on the keyboard to get the selection tool, then drag the mouse over what you want to select. Then you just select the move tool and drag the selection from the original to the new pic you want it on (have the two pics already opened). Then press CTRL + T to resize the new eyes, and hold down the SHIFT key while you resize to keep the aspect ratio. You should also be able to rotate them if needed... Hope that helps. Perhaps someone else whos more advance can help more...
