I would say I'm not that into it anymore though I still always keep track of the full moon. My sister has a really good telescope and has gotten me more into astronomy now than I am into astrology.

Libra, but I just tell people I'm a scorpio/libra cusp.
Libra side of me-Diplomatic and urbane, charming, Easygoing,Idealistic, but also self indulgent and indecisive. (Ruled by Venus) Scorpio side of me-highly passionate, imaginative, determined, persevering, inflexible and self-confident.(Ruled by Ares) Interesting combination. I'm almost the height of indecision though.

Taurus here.
And after I've asked you these million questions, I might as well say it. I'm ridiculously Sagittarian: Saturn, Ascendant, Sun, and Moon within 6 degrees of early Saj, and Mercury in Saj a little further along in the sign. Saj, Saj, and very Saj. Oy ve.A friend of a friend did my chart for me a few years ago. I can't remember most of it (lost it ages ago), but I know I have the moon in Pisces and Gemini ascendent. The odd thing was that many things she said made sense - and I don't even really believe in horoscopes!

Well, the funny thing is, ya don't have to believe in horoscopes...as long as you're not talking about those silly sun sign columns in the newspapers.
That's not what I mean by astrology at all. I am an astrologer and have been for longer than a lot of our XOC'ers have been alive. But I
don't believe in astrology. I study it, I use it, I find it amazingly accurate and a very quick way to really see how a person's energy is
manifesting or how a person's energy is being blocked, or how someone's energy interacts with someone else's...
But I don't believe in astrology because it isn't something to believe in. It's something to explore and study and use, not to believe in, as if it were a religion. It's an art and a science, as in an organized body of knowledge based on collected observation. Carl Jung used it to gain insight into his patients very quickly, something he said might take months or longer otherwise. I find it to be similarly helpful too. But this is not to say that there isn't a whole lot of crap out there masquerading as true astrology. And that can be said for every art and every science. There are always those who are out to make a quick dinar or make themselves out to be more than they are. But that is no reflection on real astrology.
