You know as far as the question about being ripped goes, I think that movie stars have it easier. They can work out and pump up just for one scene. For
example, the way Tobey McGuire did for his flexing in the mirror scene in Batman. However, people on television have to maintain this look for years.

Guns as in biceps?
I couldn't figure out on what basis they were listing the lovely ladies. If they truly meant muscularity, then ROC was definitely the deserving winner, although Starbuck probably should have come second. Everyone else looks like they should have been left off the list since they're all rather lithe (then again, I still don't quite follow why Jennifer Garner was left off the list given her smoking hot body). And an early season Xena could have still placed somewhere in the top 10. Maybe throw in Lena Headey (sp?) from Sarah Connor Chronciles as well, even though her guns don't compare to Linda Hamilton, I'm pretty sure the actress did a few chin-ups in one of the episodes and that takes some decent upper-body strength. ROC's body fascinated me from season 2 onwards. Those 'Terminator-esque" legs in season 2 (when ROC was training to climb some mountain or other) and then the over-all super-fit physique that ROC rocked for the rest of the series and which from about season 4 onwards made me wonder how Xena could ever realistically "beat" Gabrielle in a fight were it not for Xena's super-powers.
