I second the don't even ask.

I got a job, which is supposed to be part time, but I am scheduled for 46 hours a week, then I am never let off until at least half and hour to an hour and a half after my shift ends. On my feet all day, and I have troubles with my knee and my ankle, which is killing me right now. And I'm bad at numbers, I wasn't really taught much before I was put on a register alone. I barely get days off, I'm having to stay home during Independence Day and work while my parents go visit my relatives, we do this every year and I don't get to go, I don't even get time to go see friends. I work all day that day, and get off too late to do anything. About the only time I see the sun is when I go to work, or come home, I haven't swam, swimmed....whatever that word is once this summer.

I think the problem is that I really do believe in that money can't buy me happiness. I mean as long as I make enough money to feed myself, and clothe myself, and have books and cds, i'm happy, I could live in my car. So that doesn't really motivate me to go to work, people yell at me all day long, and are just generally angry with me for things that aren't my fault. I don't set prices, and I don't stock merchandise, or make the machines not work properly. I mean I understand the value of a job, I just, this is really the last kind of job I ever ever wanted to have. I think the only thing worse for me would be accounting-only because of the numbers dyslexia, aside from that it would be great. Or maybe being a plumber, just because of having to go to random peoples houses and dealing with their sewage. There are jobs that might be more work or something, that I would love to do.

Aside from that its great! I just need to figure out the great part of it....ooh I know, the great part is no classes while working this schedule.
