I'm looking at it alongside a pic of Danielle now. Here's my guess...

There isn't enough range in the lights and darks around her face, and you need some highlights. Tiny details like this can be a real pain in the butt-believe me, I know. And yet, if those tiny details aren't spot on, it can make or break a piece.

I really think you can salvage this one. The face looks to be in proportion-it's just the right amount of lights, darks and highlights that you need.

Thanks Saul. Actually, I really didn't like using that particular photo as a reference but I had nothing else to work with. Now that I finally have a working printer, I can print out better reference photos online.

See, that's a problem I've come across. Remember the Lucy piece I did as Rizzo? I find that one to be my weakest piece, in terms of likeness. The reference photo wasn't that good. And as I said, tiny details can make or break a piece, and I'm not 100% satisfied with the likeness. Eh-whatever. You learn and move on, I suppose.
