Okay, so its the new gladiators on sky one. And the gladiator is 'battleaxe'
I'm pretty sure that the costume is 100% xena insipred. As for the gladiator herself, we'll have to see on the show. In this video she is at 1:36 What do ya think? "You

Yeah there are some definite similarities. Though I'm wondering exactly what they're trying to say with a Xena costume and a name like Battleaxe, is
there a message in there? A hidden metaphor?
On a side note, I'm loving the names of this set of Gladiators.

Hmm, sort of resembles Xena. Though honestly, I don't think I would have thought so unless you pointed it out so I guess it's not that much of a

I think the costume looks pretty Xenaish.
 I've seen "Xena" costumes on sale that looked less like Xena than this!

Awww I loved that show! We had our own version which I watched religiously growing up.
So much fun!
Not sure how much of an inspiration Xena played when they made up my fav gladiator Elektra, but if hair has anything to do with it.....
