It was last year and I had just left one of my schools, and one day on msn I told my friend to go on my webcam and I would show her why I had to leave. And I had some jumpers stuffed up my top to look like I was pregnant She totally fell for it and everyone in school was talking about me being pregnant. Our new University library opened today (after having been under construction for 3 years). Five hours after the grand opening the building is on fire, or presumed to be because the fire alarm goes off and the building is evacuated, and Firemen (they were all men) pulled up in their truck and rushed into the building. Campus security and fire wardens rushed to the building as well. As I was standing outside in the windy spring day and someone was playing "Time Warp" on their laptop, the sense of surrealism was complete. It might sound like a bad April's fool joke, but it actually happened. We had to stand around for 30 minutes or so before we were let back into the building. Whatever it was couldn't have been to major, but enough to warrant a visit from both security and the fire department. I had to pinch my arm several times to make sure I wasn't dreaming. My most memorable April Fools Day experience was a few years ago, when my stepdad (the master prankster of the family) came into my room while I was sleeping and messed with my alarm clock so that it went off at around 11:30 PM. I got up and started getting dressed, thinking it was 6:30 (the time I got up for school), then realized what was going on. Probably doesn't seem too funny, but it was hilarious, particularly because of the timing - he intentionally made me think I was going to get off without a prank. Warrior Posts: 220 (04/01/08 4:38 PM) Reply Quote More My Recent Posts Message Me Connection Blocking Invite Ignore User's Posts Report Post	Nothing really happened for me today, I was contemplating during the day what I could do to make an April Fools and actually contemplated the pregnant one but I didn't think that would work at all, plus I was at work. But I heard some good ones on the radio, one of which still sticks out, this person text their ex and asked them to marry them and they fell for it, I kind of felt sorry for the ex but I also thought it was funny. Also, apparently last year, one of the workers told a resident that they had a visitor, (this resident is a huge fan of Daniel O'Donnell the singer) so the resident asked her who it was and she said 'Daniel O'Donnell' and bare in mind this woman doesn't move very fast but she was up and out of that chair quicker than lightening apparently. I was in stitches when I heard this though. I didn't do it this year but once when I was little I switched the sugar and salt pots around, but it wasn't noticed until that night so the fool was on me lol Keepership by Meg The Tramp!
