When Xena and Gabrielle's Band of Misfits was first formed, we were reluctant to allow "dual membership" in the Misfits and other armies, because we had not decided what our policy would be if engaged in a battle and wanted very badly to remain neutral. This was partly because at the time the climate in the ASG had become very confrontational, and we were hoping to stay out of the war play until the real hostilities had calmed down and all the current armies could reside in the same space without killing each other. Unfortunately, we lost the AoX anyway, but that's history now. The climate today is much more friendly and this has opened up the possibility for people to join the Misfits while also being in another army if their army leaders approve.

So, today, we want to make the announcement that if you are currently a Misfit and want to participate in the XTW, PLA or AoC we have no problems with that. Also, any members of other armies are welcome to join the Misfits. There are two PLA members that we unfortunately had to turn down in the past when they expressed interest in the Misfits, because at the time we did not allow dual membership. If they or anyone else would like to join us, just let us know.
