Who do you wish was resurrected sometime during the Xena series, other than Xena? And why?

Ephiny, because:

1: I liked the character and felt that she didn't reach her full potential before being killed off.

2: Xena and Gabrielle lost far too many friends/loved ones during the course of the show. Would it have been so hard to leave them with one friend? (You could say this about Joxer too, but...I won't.

)

3: I felt that Ephiny's death signified the end of an era, and marked the time when she show lost some of its magic (for me at least) and started moving in a direction I wasn't sure I liked.

Come to think of it, is there an Army of Ephiny yet? :heart

M'Lila would have been interesting, and I would have loved to see more of Lao Ma. But personally I vote "no one." There were already too many resurrections on the show. A character's death should retain its emotional "punch."

I would have liked to have seen Najara return, but that wouldn't have been a strict resurrection since she was only in a coma.

I also wouldn't have minded seeing Velasca return, but again, she was only stuck in lava, not dead (at least not up until YAT in season 6).

Always happy to see Hope return, so I might vote for her. Or a storyline in season 6 where Athena got a chance to show some real character might have been nice as well.

Borias. Simply because I would've loved to see what he would have thought of what became of Xena. Of course, I don't believe in there being lots of resurrections. But if I had to pick one, it'd be him.

As much as I'd like to see more of Lao Ma, I'd worry they'd ruin her the way her daughters tarnished her image.

I'd have to go with Athena. I think it would have been cool if some worshippers had resurrected her. Xena could have thought it was for Hope or something and the audience and Xena could have been surprised.

Borias would be interesting mainly to see him reacting to the reformed Xena.

But I think I'll go with Joxer. Actually, maybe it could be one of those "death for only a few moments" things, where he's dead but Xena is able to help him heal or something and he comes back.

Joxer was so sad to see him die, though, after all his time on the show. So, that's why he gets my vote.

Athena would have been interesting.

As for Borias, I was actually thinking just the other day that it would have been a really cool storyline if it turned out that Borias didn't actually die in PI but the Centaurs were able to nurse him back to health, and he had spent all those years keeping a low profile and raising Solan. It would have been really fascinating to see his and Xena's reaction to each other.

Though on the other hand I think the Xena/Borias story worked really well as a "completed" storyline with Borias dying in PI.

Athena, just brought back for one episode. I do remember reading a fan fic of Athena being brought back.

I agree with you LK.

Borias, it just would of been so cool if he had not died. It just would open so many good storylines.

I'd also love to have seen X/B reactions.
