How does it work? Are visitirs just anonymous members, or does yuku actually count random people who are on our forum at the time? (like people who are logged out or don't have an account). I assume mortals are logged in members, and immortals are Mods? (logged in and anonymous, or anonymous?) Mortals are members who are logged into their account and visiting the board. If the user has chosen to set themselves as Anonymous in their Settings, then they will show up as an Immortal (and therefore, you can't see their name listed at the top of the board, either). Anyone can be anonymous. It's an option in the settings--not just mods. But even as Anonymous, when you post, the little circle next to your name will still show up as blue indicating that you are online. The only way you can choose not to show your online statues altogether is by being a paid yuku member which comes with more benefits, I believe. "You are what you do.
