I chose the first one. I always wished Solan would have at least gotten to travel an episode or two with Xena and Gabrielle before him dying...to watch the Mother/Son chemistry. I also really wanted to see how Xena was going to explain their relationship and try to make up for time lost. ~A BIG thank you to everyone that helped make and edit my signatures!!~

Love the brother-sister banter between them. I adored how he tried to save her in TGYK, it was so awwww. And the way she grabbed his arm and said "let's go home". She treats him like a big brother and he's protective like one.

No one comes close. I can't stand Eve so that's a no no, Xena and Solon was too short, so probably next I'd go for Gabrielle and Lila, although I feel it was crimminally underused. Third an honourable tie between Gab/Hope and Xena/Cyrene. But definitely Aphrodite and Ares. What's not to love???? We only saw them together in one episode, but he was mentioned quite often before and afterwards. I think he was one of the most important people in Xena's life. So important that she wanted to be buried next to him. I also liked the resistance fighter thing they had going on in the one episode. I don't really care about any of the other family pairings, so there are no runner ups.

I just like the way Xena acted to save Eve from being an evil girl when she was Livia. She did anything she could and she made it...need more reasons to love their relationship? LOL "It's easier to believe in yourself after someone else has believed in you first"
