But I voted for G/P because they had a more romantic wedding, which is what it actually is about. But Xena did have a nicer dress (now, why wouldn't Gabby pick a better one ?) Anyway, I have voted. Four Star General Posts: 4319 (06/26/09 12:00 AM) Mostly Harmless Reply Quote More My Recent Posts Message Me Connection Blocking Invite Ignore User's Posts Report Post	In terms of the actual wedding ceremony, I'd have to go with Gab and Perdicus - it's a sweet ceremony with a bitter undercurrent of angst, as Xena so clearly shows when she bids Gab farewell. Ares and Xena had plenty of color, but it was obviously coerced and nasty from the get-go. What keeps the SP wedding scenario from being totally repellent is the scene between Xena and Joxer the night before the wedding. For once, Xena lets herself look very lost and vulnerable in front of Joxer, and he responds in a touching and genuine way to show her the real value of his friendship. First I like Soul Possession a lot. I think in this wedding it is shown a lot about who is who and what intention every one had. Xena exactlly knew why she`s going to married with Ares and she did already think about how she can trick to him. On the other hand with Gabrielle`s wedding I felt much stronger that Gabrielle was blackmailed by Perdicus`s weakness. This wedding was hasty and thoughtless. I would never wanted that somebody married me only because he felt sorry for me. Gabrielle cared about Perdicus, but late she would realize that was mistake.
