*bashes out ten push ups* aw man, it's been a while since I've done these!! *huffs and puffs* my arms are gonna hurt tomorrow! I see you guys have been training with some TKD patterns thanks to Sais and her wonderful teaching skills! Might find a space and do some of those myself!!
*wanders over to a corner and does Tae Guek O Jang* My fave pattern!!

*picks up her staff* Okay if I bring my own? I had to work super hard to get this, and I am kinda proud of it! *holds her staff/Jang Bong out to show the others* My Master gave it to me. I am sure he won't mind if I use it to serve Queen Gabrielle.
Ooooh! A training dummy!!! *goes over and begins to smash the crap out of the dummy* YEAH!!! Love it!!!!

*grins at Saisy, her bright green glittery mouth guard glinting under the light*

wreaby! Arb ju? (heh, this mouth guard makes it tricky to talk!)

*ready position*

*moves her staff so that it comes down above Saisy's head.. at half speed* !!

*walks in, and throws her bag furiously into a the lockers, where it makes a loud bang and falls to the floor*

*Stalks over to a mat in the corner of the room, where a punching bag is hanging peacefully*

Hmph. Not for freakin' long.

*straps her boxing wraps over her hands while muttering naughty words under her breath*

*starts to jab at the bag*
