yeah the hotel has some explaining to do i think as I was
sitting next to you at lunch and that beef you had was
deffintly still pink when it arrived at the table in hind
sight we should have had the meal sent back to be
properly cooked!

At the very least the hotel should remburse you for
your extra hotel room you had to buy at the hilton as
they dont need the bad public image of food poisoning
their guests! its bad for their image.

And the fact that you are a vistor from out side the USA
should make it even more important for them as they need
the custom from vistors and shouldnt make them try and
brush you off with lame answers as they are deffintly in

And what the hell is up with their customer relations
at the LAX marriot arguing about doctors and getting
help for you should be their soul proitity and not worrying
about their arses being sued!

You know what I would do would be to write a letter to
the head corprate office of the Marriot explain the issues and
demand that they do some thing about the issues at the LAX
marriot namely their staff training and customer care as otherwise
they get their name in the LA Times for the wrong things namely
poisoning their guests!

Im just glad that your okay now and sorry that once again
another converntion has been spoiled for you

Sorry for the rant on this wasnt what I was planning on
writing just so ***** at the hotel at their lack of care &
understanding of your situration.

As to the orginal reason for this thread About problems with
creation I have to admit I didnt personally have many problems
with creation this year other than the total balls up they did
with the regs again as last yeart at Burbank was fine but they
had the same problems in London with the same guy in
charge of the regs who carnt cope and doesnt know the
meaning of the word "polite"

As if gold regs start at 7.30pm then my damn they should
start at that time with gold and not everyone else as well!

And why the hell was the rest of the creation staffers having
dinner while they were short staffed on the reg desk then ?
bad planning and oversight !

a few things that got my scottish blood boiling is

A) a 5 year could do a better job of organising their
autograph sessions and lines then they did not to say
they didnt try but not very well

B) at least they had the Renee auto session working well
until Adam decided to forgo the number system at no 150
and every one piled into the line which wasnt helpful one bit!!!
one could have at least waited until up to 200 was called before
opening it up to any other no's

C) you know what the biggest problem creation has with the
Xena convention is that its getting stale as its the same old things
year in year out as one needs to inovate and change up how they do
and present their conventions provide new exciting events during
the conventions so one can get some one and one time with the guests
in smaller groups away from the main stage etc

As they really need to freshen up their ideas for events over the weekend
as frankly its getting very boring and tried

Any way enough of my rants and moans
