We'll I have to echo alot of other peoples answers here because I think the main reason we all love it is becasue there is a sence of belonging. And, there are slight devides whether its subber/shipper, gab/xena, the PLA/AOX, XTW. But there is definatly a respect for everyones opinions that i think is amazing. I also like the way things are dealt with when there is conflict because although the Mods do a fantastic job, they dont put themself up on another level, there opinions are the same as any regular jo.

I think my reasons for loving XOC have changed alot since I joined. Way, back when I joined I loved discussing Xena and there were so many aspects of the show that I just hadnt realised and it was great to discuss all these different opinions. And along the way I meet with some really interesting people. Elsie, I always loved to see your posts because there was always an emotional depth there that I dont think Id ever really experienced before. I love the way the discussions always become so deep, because I dont think you really get that in RL, well certainly not in Scotland anyway!

I think as time has went on though, ive spent less time posting about Xena and more time getting to know the people on the board. Ive made some amazing friends here and Ive got to admit when I decided to go to the con it was more to have fun with people on here, than it was becasue of any of the guests. I mean it was good to see Lucy but really Im a Ren fan. If I dont see a RL friend in a week they dont usually tend to panic, but I loved the fact that I disapeard for a few days and it was noticed. I like to come on and frequent the lounge more than the scrolls just because i feel more attached to the people now than the show. I still love Xena, but its really the fans that keep me on the board and will keep me spending obscene amounts of money on cons. At London, i had the best weekend of my life and thats more thanks to my roomies(Inky included!), the sara's and Su because we made all our spare time absolutly amazing! And there are so many more people on here that I cant wait to meet, that I'll just have to attend 2010!
