I started these threads because someone said before that they thought lesbian and bisexual women were more attracted to
Gabrielle and straight women to Xena, and I wanted to find out if that was borne out when tested...and this seems to be proving at least half of it to be VERY
true.
Of course, it could just be that people find Lucy more attractive than Renee

sexy, and, well, she's just the most interesting for me. Her character personality and everything about her is what is attractive to me even though I'm
not attracted in a sexual way.
It's mostly about admiration for me.
And to think, I wouldn't have even watched the series at all.

always loved strong, warrior-type women but more in the sense of wanting to be them than in the sense of wanting to be with them. In the case
of Xena, I identify with her a lot. For me the attraction has to do with her larger-than-life quality and glamor, the complexity of Xena's character -- her
dark past, her very unique mix of arrogance/self-confidence and self-deprecation/guilt ... the fact that there's a lot of mystery about her. Gabrielle, to
me, is a much more ordinary, girl-next-door-type character (both in terms of looks and personality). Actually, in terms of physical attractiveness, I find her
most attractive in Season 1 when she was cute and girly.
