Well if this were on one of the shows... of course the person who would win would be whoever was presented as the good guy... because *gasp* no other conclusion is possible...

But regardless of that, I think Xena would win. Herc lacks the killer instinct. Xena pretty much just can't die. Like if ever there was a fighter and survivor it would be Xena. Also, I think she's just more inventive in a useful way in terms of fighting, like someone said before Herc can be inventive, but usually in a way that stops fights, instead of winning them.

Also about Herc beating Xena before.. in a lot of ways I kinda don't accept that as proof because with the shows formula Herc had to win, and he also had to win in those instances to help Xena character development. In a lot of ways I don't really accept Herc Xena as the real Xena because instead of her on entity she was a plot device and not necessarily true to the character.
