I wish it wasn't an election year. No coincidence that gay marriage was on the ballots in those swing states, such as Ohio, the Bush had to (and did) win in 04. But I'm still elated, and I don't even live in California.

Warrior Posts: 381 (05/15/08 8:27 PM) Reply Quote More My Recent Posts Message Me Connection Blocking Invite Ignore User's Posts Report Post	There is a potential for a constitutional initiative on the November ballot (same as the Prop 22 that won with 63% in 2000) which reads "Only marriage between a man and a woman is valid or recognized in California." If it passes, the courts can't overrule it. The open question is whether 14% of the voters have changed their opinion since 2000.
