Well since than, I've learned a lot of new skills! So far (although they need a little more perfecting)
Floor
Handstand
Cartwheel
Front tuck
Beam
High jump (knees bent)
Turn (both feet)
Full turn (on the low beam, too scared and not ready yet for the REAL beam)
Bars
Back roll
Another move that I don't know the name of, lol.
Stretching/conditioning for splits is a pain...literally. But I've got to let that go, because I really need to learn how. I still can't do a back bend or a bridge
My gym doesn't allow cameras (unless its competition for the team) or anything like that, so I can't post any pictures or videos.
