Season 7 Letting Go. The first time I read it I was pretty sad that Xena was over (I keep watching the DVDS over and over) and I was sad that Kevin Smith died. So this entire bringing Xena back to life (AGAIN!) was SO hot. Ares: Xena is dead isn't she? Besides the first episode, I also like the twist where they find out that Michael has been using them and that Callisto wasn't really reincarnated and such. I didn't really see that coming. It's great that Eve can live on in these episodes because we didn't really get to see much of her at the end. Plus returning to her warrior ways is even better! I didn't really like wimpy Eve much. I think that one of the best things we have done in the seasons is bringing life and character to Eve where she was deserving of having more depth than what she got on the show. That's one of the things I have really enjoyed; making the character a lot more likable and interesting IMO. Moderator Three Star General Posts: 3840 (07/06/08 1:00 PM) Reply Quote More My Recent Posts Message Me Connection Blocking Invite Ignore User's Posts Report Post	So in yet another attempt to finish up the Shipper Seasons I got around to reading 'For Better, For Worse'. Overall, a solid effort that brought back a few popular and (maybe) not so popular characters. You even brought back the long-missing breast dagger! I like how you guys incorporate modern-day concepts into the ancient settings of the stories and the 12-step group dedicated to erasing violent feelings was another funny and creative idea. I also liked the scenes where Autolycus plays the "proud papa" as we got to see him be more than the witty if overconfident King of Thieves. One question: why were Xena and Gabrielle so quick to suspect Aphrodite of causing mischief? By this point Aphrodite was more than the superficial, selfish goddess of Seasons 2 and 3. They should have realized that the chances of her breaking up a wedding just because were unlikely. Banner made by Pandora.
