So far I think we've decided on an official meetup at 2 PM in the hotel lobby before the con, and then an informal potluck gathering in one of our rooms right after the con events get over on Sunday. I'm still trying to decide what to bring, ...I can't think of anything healthy that would make it over the ocean in a suitcase, so I'll be making a trip to a store at some point during the weekend. Personally, I'm planning on hanging around downstairs a lot earlier than 2 PM to meet up with anyone who's here earlier than that, and since I have general admission tickets, I'll sit with anyone else who also does.
