Exactly. She's giving the people what they want. I think the pictures are Lucy giving herself to her fans. You don't think she knows what gets attention? she's hot and she knows it (not in a conceited way). Not many 40 year old, mothers of 3 would have the confidence to try an outfit like that but she knows we love her. Hell, we all went bananas at the Roxy when she had the jeans on under the chaps! God only knows what her next outfit will be! Dare to dream.
Yes Lucy is Hot And she knows it which is why she dressed to tease and excite us 
through I know the reaction I had and everyone else to the costume she
wore on Saturday night which i thought was HOT! there again the Sunday night Costume just about shocked everybody !!! as it was so much better than the
Saturday Costume which is not to say Saturday's was bad but she added to the excitement levels by 100% by changing what she wore on Saturday night
But having had a week to recover and think about it :)I can now calmly & logically compare last weekends costumes to her pervious ones without
getting overloaded by the images of Lucy in that costume
Lucy's costume at the London concerts was daring and revealing for Lucy but not any more really revealing of Lucy's body per say as like in her
pervious Concerts like the NY Concert where she had the sliver cat suit through true that did cover mostly all of her body but she did change half way
through into the mini dress at one Concert and at the second one she changed into her jeans with chaps and that blue/green bra with the chainmail top over it
now that was actually more revealing of Lucys upper body than any thing she has worn at her concerts so far being just a Bra and chainmail top as the chainmail
didnt really cover any thing.
Through I will agree that Lucy did go one better than that costume and wearing the chaps with fishnets and the micro hotpants as they did reveal a lot more of Lucy's lower body inc backside Than she has perviously.
Lucy wearing the black bra and net top she wore on Sunday's Concert wasnt any more revealing than her blue/green bra top & chainmail combo she wore at NY concert.
I just think it was the shock of Lucy taking the black mini dress she wore for the first few songs off and revealing what she was wearing As I dont think
most folks were really ready for that even with the exposure to Lucy's saturday Concert if they went to that one
To sum up I dont think Lucy was revealing any more of her body than she didnt want to be seen as its not like she stripped down to just her Bra and panties
on stage as she was still wearing her chaps,& hotpants through they didnt cover much! And her black bra and net top which covered her top half but
she revealed as much as she wanted to through perhaps the hotpants and chaps combo were a little out of her confort zone possibly
So basicly we got to see Lucy wearing not a lot of clothes on stage and singing her heart out what else could you ask of Lucy but that
