Both Caleb and Glory were able to take Buffy down until she found just the right weapon that helped even the odds.

I think it would have been funny to see Glory's monks have a brief scene with Caleb telling him how "gorgeous and perfect" their goddess was. Glory did display super speed and that's one power Caleb never possessed. Maybe she would have eaten his brain.

Here's some a possible scene:

Monk: You can't go in there! The glorious one has taken a bath and likes her privacy.
Caleb: Glorious one?
Monk: Her creamy coolness does not like to be disturbed when she's conditioning her hair. She has to blow dry it first.
Caleb: (Busts open door and walks into the apartment where Glory has just changed into a red silk dress)
Well..well, what kind of harlot do we have here?
Glory: *looks Caleb up and down* What's this..a house call? I knew priests were kinky, but you're dealing with the wrong god, honey.
Caleb: You filthy jezebel. Dirty girls like you only have one thing on your mind.
