Just to clarify: you can only post pictures that are available online, on a site that supports remote linking, or on Yuku. (See some guidelines here on whether it's okay to link pics from a website.)

To use the WYSIWIG editor:

Click on the "Insert image" icon on the toolbar above the text box. It is to the right of the "broken link" ("remove hyperlink") icon.
