'The Greater Good', 'Return of Callisto', and 'Destiny' (since your friend likes Urban) should do the trick. Including 'Been There, Done That' shouldn't hurt .

Well I just got my best mate into watching Xena and she wanted to watch it from the start so she knew what was going on so I started with
Sins of the past and went in order coz she told me thats what she wanted and she then kept telling me to put another ep on so we ended up watching 13 eps that day/night lol
then she took the season off me and when ever she comes round she wants to watch it (which I love lol) and we seem to always watch at 13 eps at a time

These episodes show key aspects of the show and should give her a clue as to what se is getting into
I think these plus the other episodes you have listed would really hook someone if they are going to be hooked on it. They kinda tell the story of the series without needing the linear story in my opinion Gets you hooked quick and easy A Greater Good...
