Nanziniemi, that is so cool. I wish we had more bike paths and bike racks in Brooklyn and Lower Manhattan. When I visited Southern California a few years ago,
I noticed that many of the buses had front racks for bikes. Too often bike paths have become extra parking for cars or, worse, shortcuts for drivers seeking to
cut around traffic. Imagine how much junk we could get out of the air if NYC buses and subways were rigged for carrying bikes. <img...

Neat bike, CS. I have an aluminum Trek mountain bike and a steel Specialized Hardrock. Both are hard tails, and I love them both. It is a great hobby, and a
healthy one. This weekend I hope to get rides in each day. The weather has been prone to lightning storms, and I have been lucky enough to get my butt home
before a few really wild ones. <img...

Mr Gabfan23 is a big mountain bike fan, so he'd agree with you. He only uses road bikes when he has the tag-a-long, so his precious cannondale doesn't
have the indignity of pulling a little gabfan23. I was a real roadie but if I get back to cycling (not done it in two years) I think I'll concentrate more
on off road stuff.
