Apollo was also on a couple of Young Herc eps (the appropriately titled "Apollo" and also "Ares on Trial") and was played by the same actor, Scott Michaelson. The one time we saw Hermes, he was played by the Hower actor. That was sort of the joke - he wasn't an etherial youth, he was sort of an out-of-shape John Belushi-like character, who got duped by Autolycus and Iolaus (they stole his winged sandals) while attending an all-female mud-wrestling match.

Yeah, very hilarious moment from Ares.

As for Apollo, it would have been cool to have him during the Twilight and killed off like the others. I didn't like him much. He was annoying but it would have been interesting to see Xena reacting to him.

Hermes was mentioned in a conversation between Cyrene and Ares in connection as a suitor for Xena. I don't remember which Xena episode. Ares made a disparaging comment about "the little wings on the boots".

I believe that was the Xena episode Amphipolis Under Siege. I thought that was pretty funny

Apollo's temple and his priest's actions were portrayed in Xena episode " Forgiven ". Apollo did not appear in that episode.
Hermes was in a Hercules episode " One Fowl Day". Hermes was mentioned in a conversation between Cyrene and Ares in connection as a suitor for Xena. I don't remember which Xena episode. Ares made a disparaging comment about "the little wings on the boots".

I don't think Hermes ever showed up on either series. But considering all the gods showed up on their own instead of sending Hermes to give messages, he wasn't particularly relevant. Xena also already knew a passage to the underworld and didn't need him to get her there. So I guess he's still alive.

I didn't like Apollo very much either.. For a moment I thought he had appeared on Xena (if only just once) but I couldn't remember it so I thought I missed something but apparently he wasn't even on Xena so guess not then So as Xena didn't kill him, he is one of the few remaining Gods on Olympus? I think Ares would've liked Xena to kill him, there never was any lost love between those two

Apollo was in two Hercules eps, as far as I know: Top God and Reunions, the last two episodes of Season 4. (The links I posted lead to the pages for those eps on the Whoosh! website, a very good source of information on X:WP and H:TLJ.

He was in Hercules as a god who offered ambrosia like a party drug to young Hercules. He was basically a blond surfer dude complete with aerial board. He wasn't in Xena, although I would've loved to have her kill him.

I don't remember watching him, but I might have missed a few episodes. He's as popular among the Greeks as Athrodite, but I don't remember seeing him on Xena/Her.
