I&#39;m going to go with Mezentius from The Path Not Taken. I thought he was rather bland and certainly not menacing. 
Seemed more like an administrator than a warlord.

into Altis background enough. Whereas we knew what caused Callisto to be the way she was, what made Alti the way she was?.

			<description><![CDATA[ I&#39;d have to go with Ceasar. I never liked his character; he was far too political and never proved he could go one-on-one with Xena in a fight. His eps
usually bored me. Alti also tended to ruin eps wth all kinds of psychodelic camera work that I still have to fast forward through. She does get points for
being in one of the best action sequences in the series in BTL. ]]></description>
