How come vanilla? Not that I mind, 'cause that's one of my favorite smells, but had never thought of associating it with Ares.
Would add leather to his scent though. Also a bit of ozone such as when it's beginning to get stormy but not yet raining, just because of the power association and his popping in and out of places.
