For all purposes, he must have assumed the gods killed Xena.  How would have taken the news?

Wouldnt it be cool if something he did during the 25 year sleep weakened the gods enough so that they looked like the utter wimps they were in "Motherhood?"

I wish Xena had changed the opening credits for Season 3!  It would have been cool to include scenes with other big characters like Joxer, Ares, and Callisto.  I mean when they say "In a time of ancient gods"  they never show the gods we know the best---Ares or Aphrodite or even Callisto--but instead Poseidon and Mephistopheles;... ]]>
